  • TOEFL iBT80/213 (최저 527 / CBT 197) 이상 필수 또는 IELTS 6.5 이상 
  • 4 년제 이상 BA졸업자가 지원시 SAT/ACT면제 됨
  • BFA or BIA 지원자는 인터뷰를 요구하진 않지만 추천됨/인터부시 최소 2주전에 연락해야 함

 Portfolio 요구 사항

Undergraduate

 BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) Portfolio-10학점 미만 
   portfolio는 가장 잘 한 최근의  최소 10 -15 examples work. 

  BFA 편입시 Portfolio 
   18 학점 이상의 studio courses를 가진 사람이 지원 하는 것으로 30 slides 가 준비 되야 함. 
  이 것은 학점 인정을 받도록 이수한 과목이나 흥미 있는 것을  반영해야 함.

  BIA (Bachelor of Interior Architecture) Portfolio 
   건축 환경과 센스를 잘 표현해야 하고 drawing을 direct observation, a selection of plans,
  sections, elevations에서 요구함. 이 학과는 개별  interview 가 요구 될 수 있음.

  BIA 편입시 Portfolio 
   18 학점 이상 studio courses를 가진 사람이 지원하는 것으로 30 slides 가 준비 되야 함.
  이 것은 학점 인정에 반영이 됨.

  BA (Bachelor of Art) in Visual and Critical Studies Portfolio 
  portfolio와 writing sample을 요구함.

  Portfolio제출을 위한 Two options:
   1. Original 작품:  portfolio로 15-20 개의 original 작품 제출 (편입지원자는 30개까지). 
     사진이나  or slides ( paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, sculptures, videos, films등)
     으로  제출 할 수 있음.

  2. Collection of Visual Materials: 자유 선택에 의한 것으로 다양한 forms으로 제출될 수
     있고 critical mass of examples가 포함되야 함.

  Writing Sample:
  작품의 비평, 분석( analysis of references, influences, use of materials and process 등)이
  포함된 사회, 정치, 개인적 배경등을 이야기 할 수 있도록 해야 하며 이 Bachelor of Arts in 
   Visual and Critical Studies degree program은 일반 학부 입학 요강에도 부합 되야 함.

　
Graduate 
  Slides : 최대 20 개 (각 slide상위에 각 번호를, 그리고 이름을 쓰도록)
  Original 작품 : Portfolio case에 넣어서 22" X 28" 을 초과되지 않도록. 각 작품과 Case에 이름을 기재 해야함.
  Audio tapes and CDs, CD-ROMs, or DVDs: 20 still images maximum or 10 minutes for interactive or time based work.
      DO NOT PUT ANY PAPER LABELS ON DISKS. Explain specifically on the portfolio list or case label, how the files are to be opened.
  Film, video, and new media: submit one to four films with a combined running time not to exceed 20 minutes.
  Submissions must be 8mm, 16mm, or super-8 gauge film only. Videotapes may be submitted as 1/2" VHS
  - Painting and Drawing : 단지 Slides 만
  - 판화, 사진, Performance : Slides, video 또는 original 작품
  - Ceramic, Fiber, Interior Architecture, Sculpture, Visual Communication: Slides 또는 video
  - Art and technology : Slides, video, CD-ROM, Zip Disk
  - Filmmaking : 각 20분을 초과하지 않는 1-4 Films, 8mm, 16mm, or super-8 gauge film only.
                 외부에 이름, 주소, Film 크기를 명시  1/2'VHS 가능
  - Video :  Videotapes을 1/2"VHS방식으로, Digital portfolios는 20 still images 최대 10분으로,
             Case에 이름, 주소, 상영시간을 기재 해야함.

    - MA in art therapy, and MS in historic preservation: 15 slides.
   - MA in arts administration and policy: 2000자 이내의 a critical writing sample
   - MA in visual and critical studies: 15-20 page critical writing sample
   - MFA in writing and Post-baccalaureate certificate in writing: 5 copies of a sample* of your recent writing,
    Writing samples generally include: 8 to 10 poems, 2 short stories or short nonfiction pieces,
    25 pages of longer works (novel/nonfiction books/scripts), or a combination of the above.
