Congratulations on your acceptance into one of the Graduate programs at Biola University. You should be receiving a formal letter of acceptance in the mail if you have not yet received it. In order to validate your acceptance, we must receive your enrollment deposit of $100.00.* This amount is due as soon as possible. It is refundable upon request following the completion of your last semester at Biola, but is forfeited if you fail to report for the semester for which the application was made, or otherwise fail to follow the normal withdrawal process.
As an accepted student, you now have access to our student portal, my.biola.edu. You will need your Biola netID in order to access the student portal. Your student ID number is 01637035.

Gain access to my.biola.edu:
1.Proceed to Instructions for First Time Access.
2.Follow the steps to verify your identity and receive your Biola NetID. If you encounter any problems, please email email@example.com or call 1-800-652-4652 and ask to speak with Caitlin Esau in Admissions Data Management.
Once you are logged into my.biola.edu you will see two different tabs with helpful information. As an accepted student, you are able to see important “Next Steps” in the “Welcome Accepted Students” tab along with Enrollment & Registration information. The “Accepted Student Financials” tab contains important information about Financial Aid requirements and is where you can pay the required enrollment deposit.

Save the dates: Registration takes place in January and orientation for new students is held at the end of January. Please check the registrar’s website for specific dates.
