Dear ***,

Congratulations on your acceptance into one of the Graduate programs at Biola University. You should be receiving a formal letter of acceptance in the mail if you have not yet received it. In order to validate your acceptance, we must receive your enrollment deposit of $100.00.* This amount is due as soon as possible. It is refundable upon request following the completion of your last semester at Biola, but is forfeited if you fail to report for the semester for which the application was made, or otherwise fail to follow the normal withdrawal process.

As an accepted student, you now have access to our student portal, my.biola.edu. You will need your Biola netID in order to access the student portal. Your student ID number is 01637035.

I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions or special concerns, please feel free to contact me. My office number is (800) 652-4652.

Gain access to my.biola.edu:
1.Proceed to Instructions for First Time Access.
2.Follow the steps to verify your identity and receive your Biola NetID. If you encounter any problems, please email graduate.admissions@biola.edu or call 1-800-652-4652 and ask to speak with Caitlin Esau in Admissions Data Management.

As an accepted student, you are able to see important “Next Steps” in the “Welcome Accepted Students” tab along with Enrollment & Registration information. The “Accepted Student Financials” tab contains important information about Financial Aid requirements and is where you can pay the required enrollment deposit.
